Added ads_wrapper.cancel(id) function.

The following functions return id to cancel:

ads_wrapper.load_rewarded
ads_wrapper.show_rewarded
ads_wrapper.load_interstitial
ads_wrapper.show_interstitial

ads_wrapper.show_banner
