This PR adds support for custom static HTML pages in the Great Docs system, allowing users to include hand-written HTML pages that are either wrapped with the site shell or copied through unchanged. It introduces a new
custom_pagesconfiguration option, updates documentation and configuration templates, and implements handling for various configuration forms and missing directories. The test suite is expanded with comprehensive synthetic cases to ensure coverage for different custom page scenarios.
