This PR introduces support for displaying version and release date tooltips on the navbar logo in the documentation site, in addition to the existing version badge for text titles. The changes ensure that when a logo is used instead of a text title, users can still see version and release information via a tooltip. The tooltip is fully localized and supports HTML formatting.
