Update addresses used for notifications

The shipping address telephone is no longer used for all SMS notifications. The notification/address relationships are now:

  • Order - Billing Address Telephone
  • Invoice - Billing Address Telephone
  • Shipment - Shipping Address Telephone

The change adds alert support for virtual orders.
