Helping code for compiling plots and other outputs into presentation pdfs.

running requires pdf packages that can't be installed on ondemand launched rstudio, so instead:

run_rserver -i /datastore/nextgenout5/share/labs/Vincent_Lab/tools/raft/imgs/benjaminvincentlab-rserver-binfotron-4.2.1.57.img -c 1 -m 4g -H {full_path_to_project}
