refactor(mobile): centralize dialog and sheet APIs

Custom Appearance cards stay. Segmented controls stay native. Composer, thread-row and task-tray redesigns remain deferred.

Scope and approval

This is maintainer-directed work requested by Julius in the linked T3 Code thread: “lets do these next,” referring to menus, dialogs, sheets, search, and icon buttons. It continues the existing mobile design-system stack and preserves custom Appearance cards.

Thread actions, T3 Connect and the component catalog each selected an iOS alert or Android dialog themselves. Add Dialog.confirm and Dialog.prompt so the component owns platform selection: native iOS alerts/prompts and the existing themed Compose presenter on Android. Remove the unused custom iOS modal fallback.

Adopt the same confirmation API for client-cache clearing. Expose Sheet with shared SheetProps and migrate its context, terminal, worktree-setup and catalog consumers without changing their content or native presentation. Keep iOS presentation in Sheet.tsx and Android presentation in Sheet.android.tsx, letting platform module resolution select the implementation. Add an editable prompt example to the development catalog, and use automatic scroll insets so the iOS sheet example no longer renders its first row under the native header. Custom Appearance cards are unchanged.

Validation: Mobile typecheck and 31 thread-action tests passed, including permission revocation after opening a confirmation. On iOS 27 and Android 17, tested confirmation cancellation, prompt editing/submission, sheet open/dismissal and selection. Cache confirmations were cancelled without clearing data.

Dialog now owns its platform implementation directly: Dialog.ts presents native iOS alerts, Dialog.android.tsx owns Android presentation and exports Host, and Dialog.types.ts shares request types. The app mounts Dialog.Host. The export shim, separate ConfirmDialogHost and renderer stub are removed.

Captured from the actual parent branch and the integrated new layers, with Iris dark selected. Search and menu rendering is intentionally preserved. The added Prompt catalog button moves the example menu trigger.
