Update grafana-tidb-dashboard.md to add a large set of new metrics and sections, including TiDB Runtime, Dist Execute Framework, TopSQL, Resource Manager, Follower Read, Import Into, Global Sort, Network Transmission, Memory Arbitrator, Resource Control and more. Also introduce numerous new metric entries across Server, Transaction, Executor, Distsql, KV, PD Client, Schema Load, DDL, Statistics & Plan Management, Owner, GC, Batch Client and TTL sections. Minor renames and clarifications were applied (e.g. Event OPM -> Events OPM, Expensive Executor OPS -> Expensive Executors OPS, DDL Waiting Jobs Count -> Waiting Job Count), and some TTL/scan/delete items were split for clarity. This change expands monitoring visibility and reorganizes related metrics for the TiDB Grafana dashboard.
