Many admins find it hard to manually investigate bounces, and thus don't want to get their summary notifications ("X bounces to process" and "Below are users who have been marked unconfirmed"). But currently it's forced on them.
I propose you rename Send notifications about subscribe, update and unsubscribe to Send notifications about subscribe, update, unsubscribe and bounces, and then allow to choose exactly what to get, e.g:
