While Config=>Subscribe pages allows customizing webpage text for Confirmation (aka Thank you page), it allows doing the same for neither for Subscription, Unsubscription and most importantly Post-Confirmation (after mail is confirmed).
It does allow customizing the e-mail message text for 2 of those events (Subscription and Post-Confirmation), so there's no consistency.
