If you come up with an issue of NoMorePanicSave not working as expected, please turn on ActivityLog starting the devenv.exe with the /log command line switch and try to reproduce what you did when the issue happened. Attach the ActivityLog to the issue report helps understanding what happened on your machine. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/extensibility/how-to-use-the-activity-log explains how to find the ActivityLog.xml file on your machine
