Added a command to install the software-properties-common package so that apt-add-repository will be available.

I had to do this on rackspace instance using Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) image. Not sure if it's necessary for any other version or image of ubuntu |

Thanks! I've been using 12.04 for previous AMIs, but I may well start with 13.04 for the next release. Even if I don't, I'll add this as a comment for anyone following the same steps with 13.x. |
