This allows to set per-instance margin-{top, bottom} styles for a
bootstrap-row.
This may be used in rare situations where the defaults do not yield good
results.

Note: I've got a fix for CI in the making. Just needs some finishing touches. If we want to we can delay this PR until that has been merged. |
