Movie Visualizer alpha

First version of Dolphin including the Movie Visualizer extension i wrote.

It aims at making the creation of DTM's more accessible by providing a visualization of what dolphin is doing in the background (and until now only sparingly communicates through on screen messages that are overly packed disappear way to fast).

Win64 compiled portable version is attached. Other platform versions must be compiled from source for now.
