Adds support for the Pay Later button to appear in French when Pay Later is enabled, in Canada, with locale set to
fr-CA.Snapshot changes here
Why are we making these changes? Include references to any related Jira tasks or GitHub Issues
Supports Pay Later Geoexpansion to Canada and French Language support.
Reproduction Steps (if applicable)
Navigate to this testing page and verify the button content that passes
fr_CAappears as "Payer en 4". To verify English Language Pay Later button content works, change thelocaleparam on the HTML section's line 10 toen_CAScreenshots (if applicable)
