This is a cumulative update since we haven't released a new version since November 2020, mostly to support Fedora 40. This includes updates to various libraries to newer versions and a new variant of libsqlite that supports encryption (not active by default). Android-related changes regarding the default toolchain selection to support newer devices, adjusting to security constraints, and some new modules related to Bluetooth scanning, SMS processing, and files/intents. It partially reverts the major changes introduced in 1.1 with ln_glgui renderloop timing changes, which didn't work well for many people. Finally, a range of bug fixes adds small improvements (both cosmetic and performance-related).
