Windows YARA + progress UX fixes

Summary:

• Fix Windows-GNU YARA linking for tests (advapi32).
• GUI: Hide/Show live scan updates while scan continues.
• CLI: --progress {auto|show|hide} + --progress-detail (current PID/name + ETA).
• Fix YARA rule compilation errors in rules/process_injection.yar.
• Add safe regression tests + YARA canary test.

Tested:

• cargo test -p ghost-core
• cargo test -p ghost-core --features yara-scanning yara_can_scan_a_simple_memory_buffer

Release tag:

• After merge, tag the merge commit as v0.2.1 and push tags.
