Pulls the least controversial changes out of https://github.com/oxidecomputer/third-party-api-clients/pull/102/files
With this PR we can now compile the generator crate without warnings.
Additionally a warning is removed when compiling at the workspace level.
There remains warnings for the generated crates but resolving them is more complicated and so I'm considering them out of scope.
