add member_count to group endpoint

This PR adds a new member_count value to the group view endpoint, so we can indicate how many members are within the group. We will use this in the Silo Access and Project Access views in the web console to help admins know how big a group is. We'll also add a means of seeing which users are in the group (using an existing users endpoint with a group specifier).
