Reading the introduction I noticed a typo "hight-level" (I did read parts of the Owl tutorial long ago, but must've skimmed over these paragraphs previously)
Opening up the file to fix it I found a few more using the offline version of LanguageTool, so fixed those too.
I didn't notice typos in the other chapters yet, if I do I'll open another PR for those.
Also updated the 'otb.opam' to fix a build failure, and I attempted to fix the Dockerfile, but fixing that completely doesn't really belong in this PR.
