This continues the work started in #3249.

Overall work is tracked in https://github.com/owid/owid-issues/issues/1659

Work:

  • Add multidimensional page for COVAX
  • BONUS: Support indicator paths for config.dimensions.variableId and config.sortColumnSlug.
