Added this years CTF & "Various accomplishments", then that we hosted this years CTF
Reformatted so under the banner image it has a H2 heading "About", then added a H2 heading for our officers, added this years officers
fixed bug where Dr. Jang's site wasn't being properly shown in markdown order
edited to properly reflect the fact that we have a CDC discord now
