Tested for Gazebo11 on ROS Noetic and Ubuntu 20.04

I tested this out and it runs. Though the frame rates are quite a bit slower to the point of being very hard to interact with the GUIs.

Unfortunately I don't have a joystick at home to test driving around.

I switched to libignation-math6 which gave me slightly better performance, even though I did not encounter the slow frame rates you described on my AMD Ryzen 7 4800H + 16GB Ram.
Also steering the prius in the Gazebo GUI using W,A,S,D,X still works
