प्रस्तावना :- आर्य वैश्य समाज महाराष्ट्रातील एक अतिअल्पसंख्यांक समाज असून शिक्षण व
उद्योग व्यवसायामध्ये रूची असलेल्या या समाजामध्ये अनेक तरुण शैक्षणिकदृष्ट्टया विद्वत व
व्यावसायिकदृष्ट्टया हुशार आहेत. परंतु, आर्थिक पाठबळ नसल्यामुळे आर्य वैश्य समाज विविध
सोयीसुविधांपासून वंचित राहतो. आर्य वैश्य समाजाचा सवांगीण विकास होण्याकरिता महामंडळ
स्थापन करण्याची मागणी केली जात आहे. आर्य वैश्य समाजातील आर्थिकदृष्ट्ट्या दुर्बल घटकातील
सुशिक्षीत बेरोजगार तरुणांकरीता श्री वासवी कन्यका आर्थिक विकास महामंडळ स्थापन करण्याची
बाब शासनाच्या विचाराधिन होती.
शासन निर्णय :- आर्य वैश्य समाजातील आर्थिकदृष्ट्ट्या दुर्बल घटकातील सुशिक्षीत बेरोजगार
तरुणांकरीता शेतीपूरक व्यवसाय, विपणन, प्रक्रिया, उद्योग, पुरवठा आणि साठवणूक याचबरोबर
लघू उद्योग, वाहतुक, अन्य व्यावसायिक उद्योग उपलब्ध करुन देणे किंवा त्यास अर्थसहाय्य करुन
स्वयंरोजगाराच्या संधी उपलब्ध करुन आर्थिक स्तर उंचावणे, यासाठी दिनांक ३० सप्टेंबर,२०२४
रोजीच्या मंत्रीमंडळ बैठकीमध्ये आर्य वैश्य समाजासाठी श्री वासवी कन्यका आर्थिक विकास
महामंडळ स्थापन करण्याचा निर्णय झाला आहे. त्यानुसार कंपनी अधिनियम,२०१३ च्या कलम ८
अंतर्गत शासकीय हमी असलेली व भाग भांडवल नसलेली कंपनी म्हणून श्री वासवी कन्यका
आर्थिक विकास महामंडळ स्थापन करण्यात येत आहे.
२. सदर प्रस्तावित महामंडळाच्या संचालक मंडळाची रचना खालीलप्रमाणे :

३. महामंडळाचे मुख्यालय नागपूर येथे राहील.
४. महामंडळाचे अधिकृत भाग भांडवल हे रु. ५० कोटी इतके राहील. दरवर्षी या महामंडळाच्या
भागभांडवलासाठी निधीच्या उपलब्धतेनूसार तरतूद केली जाईल. तसेच प्रस्तावित महामंडळाच्या
कार्यालयासाठी जागा व आवश्यकतेनुसार असलेला कर्मचारीवृंद उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येईल.
