The Proposal:
Government Decision Planning Department dated 19.06.2023 Rs 73.8595 crore
The "Pandharpur Temple Development Plan" of the cost has been approved. Sun 2024-25 or
During the financial year, various pilgrimage development plans under the Pilgrimage Development Plan Scheme will be implemented.
The Collector, Solapur has been provided funds for the project from the funds made available.
The matter was under the consideration of the government.
The government's decision:
Collector, Solapur to take up works sanctioned under "Pandharpur Temple Development Plan"
For the financial year 2024-25, he received the "Main Account Heading 5452 0211-53 Major Constructions."
Under this, funds to the tune of Rs.800 crores are being disbursed for the following works:

प्रस्तावना :
शासन निर्णय नियोजन विभाग दिनांक १९.०६.२०२३ अन्वये रुपये ७३.८५९५ कोटी
किंमतीच्या “पंढरपूर मंदिर विकास आराखड्यास” मंजूरी देण्यात आली आहे. सन २०२४-२५ या
आर्थिक वर्षात तीर्थक्षेत्र विकास आराखडा योजनेच्या अंतर्गत विविध तीर्थक्षेत्र विकास आराखड्यांस
उपलब्ध झालेल्या निधीमधून सदर आराखडयाकरिता जिल्हाधिकारी, सोलापूर यांना निधी उपलब्ध
करुन देण्याची बाब शासनाच्या विचाराधीन होती.
शासन निर्णय :
“पंढरपूर मंदिर विकास आराखड्यांतर्गत” मंजूर कामे करण्यासाठी जिल्हाधिकारी, सोलापूर
यांना सन २०२४-२५ या आर्थिक वर्षाकरीता “मुख्य लेखाशिर्ष ५४५२ ०२११ - ५३ मोठी बांधकामे”
अंतर्गत खालील कामांसाठी रुपये ८.०० कोटी इतका निधी पुढील प्रमाणे वितरीत करण्यात येत आहे:

लेखाशिर्ष ५४५२, पर्यटनावरील भांडवली खर्च, ०१- पर्यटनासाठी पायाभूत सुविधा, १०१ -पर्यटन
केंद्र, (००) (१५) तीर्थक्षेत्र व पर्यटनस्थळ विकास आराखडा (५४५२ ०२११) कार्यक्रम (दत्तमत) ”
याखाली खर्ची टाकण्यात यावा.
३. सदर प्रयोजनासाठी वर नमूद केलेल्या लेखाशिषांतर्गत झालेला प्रत्यक्ष खर्च व प्रधान
महालेखापाल, मुंबई यांचे कार्यालयाने नोंदविलेला खर्च याचा ताळमेळ घालण्यात यावा. तसेच
वितरीत केलेल्या निधीचे उपयोगिता प्रमाणपत्र जिल्हाधिकारी, सोलापूर यांनी शासनास तात्काळ
सादर करावे.
४. सदर शासन निर्णय वित्त विभाग, अनौपचारिक संदर्भ क्र.४४६/२०२४/व्यय-८,
दि.०७/०८/२०२४, अन्वये दिलेल्या मान्यतेनुसार निर्गमित करण्यात येत आहे.

Rajmata "Saibai" under Government Decision Planning Department dated 30/11/2023
Rs. 29.73 for works in the Department of Archaeology for the Memorial Development Plan.
A plan worth crores has been approved. Year 2024-25 for this financial year
The District for this project from the funds made available for various pilgrimage development plans.
Provision of funds to the Planning Officer, Collectorate, Pune
It was under the consideration of the government.

Land Acquisition under Saibai Memorial Development Plan
The Collector, Pune is required to provide financial assistance @ ID1 for the following activities:
25.00 crore (Rs.) under "Major Accounts Heading 5452 0211-53 Major Constructions" for the year

Expenditure should be covered under the head "Major constructions (programmes) (Dattamat)."
3. The actual expenditure and principal incurred under the aforesaid head of accounts for the purpose.
The expenditure reported by the office of the Accountant General, Mumbai should be adjusted. as well as
The Utilization Certificate of the funds disbursed was immediately submitted to the Government by the Collector, Pune.

5. This Government decision shall be binding on the Government of Maharashtra.

प्रस्तावना :
शासन निर्णय नियोजन विभाग दिनांक ३०/११/२०२३ अन्वये राजमाता “सईबाई
स्मृतिस्थळ विकास आराखडा आराखड्यास” पुरातत्व विभागाकडील कामांकरीता रुपये २९.७३
कोटी किंमतीच्या आराखडयास मंजूरी देण्यात आली आहे. सन २०२४-२५ या आर्थिक वर्षासाठी
विविध तीर्थक्षेत्र विकास आराखड्यांस उपलब्ध झालेल्या निधीमधून या आराखडयाकरिता जिल्हा
नियोजन अधिकारी, जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालय, पुणे यांना निधी उपलब्ध करुन देण्याची बाब
शासनाच्या विचाराधीन होती.
शासन निर्णय :
“सईबाई स्मृतिस्थळ विकास आराखडा आराखड्यांतर्गत” भूसंपादनाची कार्यवाही
करण्यासाठी जिल्हाधिकारी, पुणे यांना खाली नमूद कामांकरिता सन २०२४-२५ या आर्थिक
वर्षाकरीता “मुख्य लेखाशिर्ष ५४५२ ०२११ - ५३ मोठी बांधकामे” अंतर्गत रुपये २५.०० कोटी (रुपये
पंचवीस कोटी फक्त )इतका निधी वितरीत करण्यात येत आहे.

मोठी बांधकामे (कार्यक्रम) (दत्तमत) ” या लेखाशीषांखाली खर्ची टाकण्यात यावा.
