The Proposal:
Pandharpur Temple To meet the expenditure under "Pandharpur Temple Development Plan" as mentioned above
Read here No. By Government Decision No. 2 in "Demand No. O-10, Head of the Main Account 5452, on Tourism
Capital Expenditure, 01, Infrastructure for Tourism, 101 - Tourism Centre (00) (00) (15) Pandharpur Temple Development Plan (5452 0211) Programme (Dattamat) "has been approved.
Government Decision Planning Department under Date 04/06/2015 and Date 19/07/2016 of the State
Strategy / Guidelines for finalization and implementation of Pilgrimage, Tourist Destinations-Area Development Plan
principles have been established. Accordingly, major pilgrimage development plans are implemented by the Planning Division. However, there are some plans that are important from the state's point of view at the moment.
Instructions to implement these through the planning department are being received from the senior level.
In the meantime, a policy to have a single revenue and capital accounting head for all plans, without separate revenue and capital accounting headings for each plan, should henceforth be decided at the government level.
It has come. Also through the Planning Department as mentioned in the foregoing paragraph "Development of Pilgrimages"
In addition to the "Plan," it is also proposed to handle the "Plan for Development of Tourist Sites." For the reason,
The government was considering approving a single new title for the pilgrimage site development plans by altering the details of the title "Pandharpur Temple Development Plan."

प्रस्तावना:
पंढरपूर मंदिर “पंढरपूर मंदिर विकास आराखड्या” अंतर्गत होणारा खर्च भागविण्याकरीता उपरोक्त
वाचा येथील क्र.२ मधील शासन निर्णयान्वये “मागणी क्रमांक ओ-१०, मुख्य लेखाशीर्ष ५४५२,पर्यटनावरील
भांडवली खर्च,०१, पर्यटनासाठी पायाभूत सुविधा, १०१-पर्यटन केंद्र (००)(००)(१५) पंढरपूर मंदिर विकास आराखडा (५४५२ ०२११) कार्यक्रम (दत्तमत)” या लेखाशीर्षास मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे.
शासन निर्णय नियोजन विभाग दिनांक ०४/०६/२०१५ व दिनांक १९/०७/२०१६ अन्वये राज्यातील
तीर्थक्षेत्र, पर्यटनस्थळ - परिसर विकास आराखडा अंतिम करणे व अंमलबजावणीसाठी धोरण/ मार्गदर्शक
तत्वे निश्चित करण्यात आली आहेत. त्यांस अनुसरुन मोठे तीर्थक्षेत्र विकास आराखडे हे नियोजन विभगामार्फत राबविण्यात येतात. तथापि, सद्यस्थितीत राज्याच्या दृष्ट्टीने महत्वाचे असलेले काही आराखडे
हे नियोजन विभागामार्फत राबविण्याचे निदेश वरिष्ट्ठ स्तरावरुन प्राप्त होत आहेत.
दरम्यान यापुढे प्रत्येक आराखड्याकरीता स्वतंत्र महसुली व भांडवली लेखाशिर्ष न घेता सर्व आराखड्यांसाठी एकच महसूली व भांडवली लेखाशिर्ष करण्याचे धोरण शासनस्तरावरुन निश्चित करण्यात
आले आहे. तसेच पूर्वगामी परिच्छेदात नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे नियोजन विभागामार्फत “तीर्थक्षेत्र विकास
आराखडे” या व्यतिरिक्त “पर्यटन स्थळे विकास आराखडे” सुध्दा हाताळण्याचे प्रस्तावित आहे. सबब,
“पंढरपूर मंदिर विकास आराखडा” लेखाशीर्षाच्या तपशिलामध्ये बदल करुन तीर्थक्षेत्र विकास आराखड्यांसाठी एकच नवीन लेखाशीर्ष मंजूर करण्याची बाब शासनाच्या विचाराधीन होती.

पुढीलप्रमाणे मंजूरी प्रदान करण्यात येत आहे.

According to the provisions of the 11/07/2011, the Deputy Director of the Directorate of Economics and Statistics,
Transfer of Group-A cadre officers mentioned in the table below with the approval of the competent authority.
He is being transferred and posted in front of his name in Column No. 3.
