+Read the above mentioned No. 1 Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Research, Training by Government Decision at
+and Human Development Institute (Sarathi), Pune under the Companies Act, 2013 dated 25.06.2018.
+The registration has been done under Section 8 of the Act. Accordingly, Mr. Satish Pandurang Patil is presently
+Head of Department, UPSC, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute (BARTI), Pune
+are working. He was appointed by Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj as the head of the Planning Department.
+Senior Project Director at Research, Training and Human Development Institute (SARATHI), Pune
+(Skill Development) (S-23) for a period of 1 year in this post subject to the following terms and conditions:
+A deputation is being appointed on further orders.
+(a) Mr. Satish Pandurang Patil, Deputy CEO as on the date of his deputation.
+The service of deputation shall commence on the date of joining and the date on which the service
+He will assume charge of his official office again, expiring on that date. of deputation
+At the end of the term, they will be required to join their parent department.
+(b) of deputation if the Government deems his services necessary in the interest of public service.

+च्या कलम ८ अन्वये नोंदणीकरण करण्यात आले आहे. त्यानुसार श्री. सतिश पांडूरंग पाटील सध्या
+यु.पी.एस.सी विभाग प्रमुख, डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर संशोधन व प्रशिक्षण संस्था (बार्टी) पुणे येथे
+कार्यरत आहेत. त्यांची नियुक्ती नियोजन विभागाच्या अधिपत्याखालील छत्रपती शाहू महाराज
+संशोधन, प्रशिक्षण व मानव विकास संस्था (सारथी), पुणे या कार्यालयात वरीष्ट्ठ प्रकल्प संचालक

+(क) जर त्यांची सेवा स्वीयेत्तर नियोक्त्याला आवश्यक वाटली नाही, तर त्यांना मूळ विभागाकडे परत
+पाठविण्याची मुभा स्वीयेत्तर नियोक्त्याला राहील. मात्र याप्रमाणे परत पाठविण्यापूर्वी स्वीयेत्तर नियोक्त्याने
+शासनाला / सक्षम प्राधिकाऱ्याला तीन महिन्यांची नोटीस दिली पाहिजे; आणि
+(ड) त्यांनी मूळ विभागाकडे परत जाण्याचा आपला उद्देश आहे, अशी कमीत कमी तीन महिन्यांची लेखी नोटीस
+शासनाला / सक्षम प्राधिकाऱ्याला दिल्यानंतर त्यांना मूळ विभागाकडे परत येण्याची मुभा राहील.
+२. म.ना.से. (पदग्रहण अवधी, स्वीयेत्तर सेवा.... इ.) नियम १९८१ मधील नियम ४० (परिशिष्ट्ट-२) मध्ये नमूद
+केलेल्या अटी व शर्ती, श्री. सतिश पांडूरंग पाटील, उप मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांच्या प्रतिनियुक्तीच्या
+कालावधीत लागू राहतील.
+३. श्री. सतिश पांडूरंग पाटील, उप मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांच्या इतर सर्व प्रशासकीय बाबी ग्राम विकास
+विभागामार्फत हाताळण्यात येतील.
+४. श्री. सतिश पांडूरंग पाटील, उप मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांना छत्रपती शाहू महाराज संशोधन, प्रशिक्षण व
+मानव विकास संस्था (सारथी), पुणे या कार्यालयातील वरीष्ट्ठ प्रकल्प संचालक (कौशल्य विकास) (एस-२३) या
