+In a review meeting on "Availability and Rainfall" held here, Shri. The Prime Minister, Mr.
+As per the directions issued, water supply in the scarcity prone areas of the state shall be maintained as per requirement with a view to ensuring smooth supply of water.
+The cost of installation of solar light panels on the well is met from the District Planning and Development Fund.
+The powers to do so are being delegated to the Collector. The District Collector has issued a notification in this regard.
+Expenditure under "District Annual Plan (General) - 2024-25" under the heading "Other District Plans"
+to be divided.
+The water supplied through tankers should not be wasted and clean water should be supplied to the scarcity-prone areas of the state.
+Procurement of drinking water tanks as per requirement and tap connections to tanks as per supply.
+The cost of doing this is borne by the Department of Relief and Rehabilitation's Demand No. C-6,2245 - Assistance in the Prevention of Natural Disasters
+The Collector is being informed to make the payment from the internal provision.

+पाण्याच्या उपलब्धतेबाबत व पर्जन्यमानाबाबत” आढावा बैठक आयोजित करण्यात आली होती. या बैठकीत वरील
+विषयाच्या अनुषंगाने पाणीटंचाईच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर करावयाच्या विविध उपाययोजनांचा आढावा घेण्यात आला. सदर
+बैठकीत मा.मुख्यमंत्री महोदय यांनी दिलेल्या निदेशानुसार राज्यातील टंचाईसदृश्य भागात पाणीपुरवठा सुरळीत
+राहण्याच्यादृष्ट्टीने तसेच टंचाईसदृश्य भागांना स्वच्छ पाणी पुरवठा करण्याकरीता जिल्हाधिकारी यांना सूचना
+देण्याची बाब शासनाच्या विचाराधीन होती.
+शासन परिपत्रक -
+मा.मुख्यमंत्री महोदय यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली दिनांक ११ जून, २०२४ रोजी “राज्यातील पाण्याच्या
+उपलब्धतेबाबत व पर्जन्यमानाबाबत” यासंदर्भात घेण्यात आलेल्या आढावा बैठकीत, मा.मुख्यमंत्री महोदय यांनी
+दिलेल्या निदेशानुसार राज्यातील टंचाईसदृश भागात पाणीपुरवठा सुरळीत राहण्याच्या दृष्ट्टीने आवश्यकतेनुसार
+सोलार लाईटचे पॅनल विहिरीवर बसविणेकरीता व त्यासाठीच्या खर्च जिल्हा नियोजन व विकास निधी मधून
+करण्याचे अधिकार जिल्हाधिकारी यांना प्रदान करण्यात येत आहेत. जिल्हाधिकारी यांनी या प्रयोजनासाठीचा
+खर्च “जिल्हा वार्षिक योजना (सर्वसाधारण) -२०२४-२५” अंतर्गत “इतर जिल्हा योजना” या लेखाशीर्षातून
+भागविण्यात यावा.
+राज्यातील टंचाईसदृश भागात टँकरव्दारे पुरवठा करण्यात येणारे पाणी वाया जाऊ नये तसेच स्वच्छ पाणी
+पुरवठा होण्याच्या अनुषंगाने पिण्याच्या पाण्याच्या टाक्या आवश्यकतेनुसार खरेदी करणे व टाक्यांना नळ जोडणी
+करणे या बाबींचा खर्च मदत व पुनर्वसन विभागाच्या मागणी क्र.सी-६,२२४५-नैसर्गिक आपत्ती निवारणार्थ सहाय्य
+अंतर्गत तरतुदीतून भागविण्याचे जिल्हाधिकारी यांना सूचित करण्यात येत आहे.
