Introduces JVMCI equivalents of the methods accepting core reflection objects in
ReflectiveAccess,JNIAccessandAccessCondition. These simply redirect to the core reflection variants usingOriginal*Providerfor now, untilReflectionDataBuilderis refactored to use JVMCI types.
