We maintain this collection, but do not use it anymore. If
-H:+TrackAccessChainis used, for example transitively via-H:+PrintCallEdges, we even create this collection for every method, which in case of SpringPetclinic means ~300 000 unnecessary ConcurrentHashMaps.
