API tests contain a lot of unused information about how your API behaves. Optic leverages that existing test traffic to keep an OpenAPI specification accurate. The `capture` command starts a local proxy and runs your API tests through it. When new endpoints are observed, Optic generates a new OpenAPI operations and adds it to your spec. When existing API behavior changes, Optic updates the spec to match the current API behavior.
