v1.2.0-alpha: Update dtoa.h

The rapidjson lib is currently at version 1.1.0 of 2016. And MrRobot uses the main branch in order to ensure that future changes to the rapidjson lib can break the MrRobot code this fork was created and tagged as v1.2.0-alpha.
