✨ Context

Last merge to dev branch (with swap from poetry to uv) introduced issue with pycln package in pre-commit - see report.

This is well known issue with pycln, that was fixed in latest pycln vesion (2.5.0) - see issue

Bump the version of pycln to 2.5.0
