- Add hba and targets asset data dispatchers in the worker
* add a Timeout field to InsertOrUpdate. Use it to pass a context with timeout to sql query execution. * fix the sql syntax produced when all columns are keyed * don't execute a sql request when no value has been produced by load()
* Add a mariadb.Now(ctx, db) * Use a per job context with timeout (5s)
