[Enhancement] Update the client search by location to get the parent location IDs and automatically search through the location children. #1057

Currently, we have a client search endpoint that can search via location. For us to search through a parent location and its children we have to give all the location IDs. This leads to a very long URI which can trigger problems with some web servers.
Could we build the functionality search that when a parent location is given and another status parameter we can then search for the parent and children locations in the server.
