Sometimes when troubleshooting a failed DPF deployment on the CI lab we do not want to be interrupted for a new deployment triggered through CI.
This PR allows to put the cluster in "maintenance mode" by creating a
/root/pausefile and thus to make sure if a job is triggered from CI it won't be able to redeploy the cluster and interrupt the troubleshooting session.Housekeeping:
