Problem
The published package is still 0.8.1 while main has accumulated user-facing features and reliability fixes.
Value
Ship the current main as OpenPI 0.9.0.
Approach
Bump the package version to 0.9.0. After this PR lands, publish from an annotated v0.9.0 tag through the existing release workflow.
