The goal of this PR is to translate reasonable relationship options for the PATH DRC instance. I'm not sure if this pattern will work translation-wise. I'm hoping at least the display will work, since other types of Iniz files like this one seem to use 'display:__' patterns: https://github.com/mekomsolutions/ozone-distro-cambodia/blob/main/base/configs/openmrs/initializer_config/patientidentifiertypes/cambodia-identifiers.csv?plain=1 I couldn't find any examples of the relationship types file in any language other than english. I also searched the PIH config files in githu.

Hmm - so it kind of worked, but it seems like in some places it added multiple, and in others it did the 1:1 replacement (e.g. for Community Health Worker) |

If this doesn't work as expected (should be able to see changes in the Registration page) then we can just translate the whole thing to French since that is the default and primary language of this distribution.
