Hi, sorry for the wait.

LGTM! A conservative approach to making this information available would be to put it into a JSON-LD file that could be served from the paper website.

Maybe we could use git subtree to keep the script in sync with the implementation at pandoc-ext, but that might require some additional changes in Inara.

Just a quick ping. I have had a very busy year, but this is still on my radar and todo list. I have been hacking a bit on BioHackrXiv and getting more familiar with the approaches. But it's all evening hour effort.
