鉴于上游社区已无更新或无人力维护，我们准备以openEuler的名义来维护这款软件，解决issue，开发需求。
Since the upstream community has no updates or no maintenance personnel available, we plan to maintain this software in the name of openEuler, resolve issues, and develop requirements.

当社区积累足够多的改动时，我们将适时release新的版本，每两个版本之间的时间间隔不小于一年。
When the community accumulates enough changes, we will release the new version in due time. The interval between two versions should be no less than one year.

在release版本之前我们将针对性的做一些测试。
We'll do some tests before releasing the version.

欢迎社区开发者和用户提出宝贵建议，以上规则将根据反馈意见以及社区实施情况不断完善。
Developers and users are welcome to provide your valuable suggestions. The rules will be updated based on the feedback and implementation.
