Fixes #14921

Short blurb explaining:
- What changes did you make?
I worked on new-interface.py file within Cassandra database connector folder. Added working connection manager for Cassandra, data extraction and formatting, and added some integration with OpenMetadata ingestion pipeline.
- Why did you make them?
To add Cassandra support to OpenMetadata
- How did you test your changes?
Tested using Cassandra test server locally.
