This Pull request is to adds the configuration explorer to OPAL.
It expands the doc function by creating a a browsable .html file that improves comprehensability of the configuration files.
Configuration explorer also employs a defined guide for about formatting the documentation.
Configuration explorer is also able to show allowed values to predefined constraints.
