A pass at refining all test descriptions. Besides updating the new tests, I attempted to clean up existing test descriptions to make them more consistent as well. For example, being consistent about use of headers in descriptions.
I stuck to the high-level descriptions. I did not dive into the second, third and fourth level descriptions here, as I don't think those are nearly as important.
