Not able to save a dynamic MDA plan on Nigeria Production

login to web ui

go to plan

then planning tool

craete plan, select Dynamic MDA for intervention type

enter details and try to save.

Current Behavior:
I am an able to save the plan, draft or active.

Plans were saving despite showing an error and not redirecting to the draft plans page

ona team will extend stage plan and tasks expiry date so we can proiceed with qa
