Extend stage plan and tasks expiry date

The Akros team are currently doing QA on nigeria and have hit a blocker. It si related to this issue here #1513

They are requesting extend stage plan and tasks expiry date so that the Akros team can proceed with qa

login to web ui

go to plan

then planning tool

craete plan, select Dynamic MDA for intervention type

enter details and try to save.

Current Behavior:
One is not able to save the plan, draft or active.

Updates on this:
We've extended the plan Nigeria Demo Plan 9 Dec 2020 to expire 2021-12-12 . I assigned user onang to it and have tested on my android phone that one can login to the app and select the plan.
They requested production Dynamic plans as well and decided they will raise tickets for those to be picked up later.
