Example App: replace remote rails server with a local server #14

This enables:

offline development
adding/modifying web services and testing re-crud generated widgets against them
enhanced debugging and monitoring in the example app using 10x

Changes:

local server in the example app
a tracing tool in the example app to monitor how re-crud is working behind the scenes
updated README

Note: As re-crud-example depends on [re-crud "0.1.14"], you will need to run lein install to install the unreleased library locally before running it.

- Add Accept json header to http-client - re-crud-example uses new version or re-crud - update READMEs for re-crud and re-crud-example - update tests: remove timestamp related fields, underscores -> hyphens
