Fix Windows build by adding Windows-specific library linking

This PR fixes the Windows build issues in PR #41 by adding Windows-specific library linking for LevelDB.

The changes:

1. Add Windows-specific CMake configuration to properly link required Windows libraries
2. Fix linker errors for missing Windows-specific functions like _splitpath_s and fopen
