Release 0.19.0 adds a bunch of documentation updates as well as

• a 10 minute timeout for mbuffer since many systems are way slower than we expected
• a larger blocksize for mbuffer
• a system v init script
• an rpm spec file
• do not start if no backups/snaps are configured
• customized upstart and systemd startup files
