Like other PRS: - odin-lang#5817 - odin-lang#5818 But for the non-proc-group, non-polymorphic proc-calls.

WHY?
So that others can have an idea of around where what kind of thing could be used for pointer suggestion for normal proc calls.
So this is more of a draft-don-t-merge PR for now.
