Action to add to manifest.json repository

Hi, the jprm GitHub action seems to not update the repository automatically, is it intended?
Are there any issues with implementing this feature (in a separate action)?

Do you mean to a repository that you have set up, or to ours? We don't currently accept outside submissions to our own repository

So, what is the use case of the current action? Only plugin build?
