Yamster! 2.9.3

• Fix an issue where Yamster failed to sync messages whose ID was too large for a 32-bit integer (GitHub issue #1)
• Add a Settings.xml option ShowCallStackWithError to show callstacks for debugging purposes
• Update hyperlinks to reference GitHub URLs instead of CodePlex
